We used Chris as our realtor when we were first time home buyers, and were excited to work with him again when it came time to sell our condo and purchase a new home in 2023. Chris walked us through the steps of selling our first home, as well as how we would approach buying a new home at the same time. Our home in Heritage Woods is the second property that Chris helped us secure for our family of 5. After he helped us get into the Port Moody market in 2018, we added a third child and outgrew our 3 bedroom townhome. We had been eyeing the duplexes in Heritage Woods for a couple of years and after the ideal listing came up, Chris worked very quickly and diligently to secure the home in a competitive environment. Chris' guidance on the negotiation, market analysis and supporting us in what was an emotional purchase decision were all invaluable in helping us move forward with the purchase. He was very effective in managing the sale of our townhome also, helping us achieve a sale price that was above ask and exceeded my expectations.1-year in, we're very comfortable and happy in our new home and have no regrets. Although we have no plans to leave anytime soon, I would work with Chris again in the future and do recommend his service to friends and family (he has also sold a condo for my parents).

We bought our first home in Squamish recently and Chris was our agent. He was awesome. He made the process as easy as possible by identifying our needs and showing us properties that fit within the range. He was an objective voice of reason during a time when it really helps to have a unbiased voice in your corner. He also has a nice dog named Skeeter who's just great. Thanks in part to Chris we are now thoroughly enjoying the Squamish lifestyle!
