As a first time home buyer I would highly recommend Chris to anyone! Coming into the market not knowing much at all, Chris made himself available to answer all of my questions at any time. Chris was extremely clear in explaining the process from seeing homes, to writing contracts, to putting in offers. He came to see multiple homes with me and would explain the pros and cons of each one so that I could made an educated decision in such a hot market. Chris and his team were extremely accommodating in scheduling viewing appointments for me, even with my chaotic and busy schedule. When it came time to put in an offer, Chris had excellent communication skills navigating me through a multiple offer sale, and ultimately getting me my dream home!
