2022 was a crazy year for the Greater Vancouver real estate market. We went from an all time high in sale volumes in the Spring, to ending the year with sale volumes not seen since the 2008 financial crisis. As a Buyer and Seller in these markets, it was definitely hard at times to understand which way the market was moving. But we figured it out and 2022 is definitely a year I will not forget.

Last year Laura and I sold our first home together (exciting and scary, thx @david_matiru) and bought a new house in North Vancouver. We are excited to plan and start our first renovation project. Please send your thoughts and prayers on that! Ha. We also said goodbye to our sweet Pete, my Mom and welcomed Duffey. Lots of highs and lows in 2022, but always optimistic for the future.

2022 was my second largest year in sales volume but largest in gross dollar volume – something I am proud of. I finished the year well within the top 10% of Realtors in Greater Vancouver. Now entering my 12th year in the business, I have been lucky enough to make a career out of selling homes and investment properties.
