His patience and knowledge of the market kept us on track. There were even a handful of times where he predicted exactly what the selling price would end up being, which helped to give us a better concept of what\u00a0 <\/span>price range we should be looking in.<\/p>\n

Our only complaint, now that we\u2019ve finally purchased a home, is that we don\u2019t get to spend multiple days a week with our new BFF, Chris \u2014 our only friend during a global pandemic.<\/p>\n
